Wholesaling University Blog Post - Trick or Treat
Well you decide.... is our latest REHAB project a trick or a treat.
So even through I am under the weather and not feeling good, I braved the elements yesterday, which in San Diego the elements always consist of sunny and 70 degrees, but never the less I had to go out there! We closed on this bank REO property this last Monday and yesterday was day one of the rehab, Demo Day. Check out this walk through with me yesterday and enjoy. By the way, if I show up at your house for candy tomorrow, I love Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.

The beautiful homes situated in one of New Haven's historical landmark neighborhoods near Yale should turn a hefty profit, but they need to be improved before they can be sold. It's competition time as Paul and Than square off against JD and Jeremy to see who can do the best flip and make the most profit. The two teams differ in every area, from budget to design. Will JD and Jeremy's motto of "flip it fast and flip it cheap" hold up against the more conservative Paul and Than who believe that more time and more money makes for a better flip?

It's Lori's turn to shine with her new find for CT Homes--a house in shambles with a potentially lucrative side lot. The two-family home is a few blocks away from the VA Hospital and Lori and Than hope that this prime location for renters will attract a buyer looking to rent out the second unit. Based on the numbers, they close the deal without ever seeing the inside of the house--the rest is up to Paul and JD. On first inspection, Paul hates the place and predicts endless problems. He just may be proved right by permit delays, roof damage, and potentially hazardous mold that might cost a fortune to remove

Last but not not least, I need some HELP. I decided to grow my hair out about 2 years ago to donate for Locks For Love. I didn't realize how much time, energy and money can go into long hair. Well the trust is that not everybody loves my curly locks. My wife makes me wear a hat whenever we go out, my brother Paul laughs at me and Than is just trying to figure out how I grow it to he can clone the gene for himself.
