There is a lot happening this week. First, don't forget the new live training Today, the information is below. Second, is that here at FortuneBuilders.com we sold 2 rehab deals THIS week. The first in West Haven, CT and the second in San Diego, CA. You better believe I will be doing "Case Study" trainings, the first of which is next week. In fact Than is so excited about all the activity this week that he couldn't help himself, he had to dance. Thank goodness I was there with a camera.

Real Estate is an fun and exciting, so is spending time with people you care about. We at Wholesaling University and FortuneBuilders celebrated a special wedding this past weekend, Konrad Sopielnikow was married is Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. It was a special day and reminded us all why we started in this business to begin with. It is times like these that should remind all of us why we do what we do. Wait until you see tomorrow's video were Than Merrill puts on a dance clinic with 2 young students.
