So we all understand that Wholesaling University is a powerful online tool for education and training. What some of us are not taking advantage of is the Team Member networking and collaboration. Wholesaling University Blog Post- You Have to See This!!
Check This Out! Mike Leeney, one of our students, is completing this great rehab project and I walked through yesterday with him at about 99% done. This is a great example of the power of networking with other students and creating opportunity. We actually located the deal and helped Wholesale this deal to Mike who has done a great job of following our rehab system and turning out a great property. When you educate and then Take Action good things happen! Congratulations to Mike on another good project and enjoy this video.

Well on Tuesday I went out looking at property and found a potential WHOLESALE from another local investor and it looks like a decent deal. We buy wholesale property also and this may be another REHAB project for us. Remember, marketing and networking in your area is a great way to locate leads as well as buy and sell your deals.
